Leatherface and his sadistic cannibal family are back for seconds in The Texas Chainsaw Massacre Pt. 2. MGM has done a sub-par job on this 1.85:1 non-anamorphic widescreen transfer of the film. Fans will most likely be disappointed at how grainy and dirty this print of the film looks, with its lack of an anamorphic enhancement and a fair amount of imperfections and defects marring the image. The soundtrack is presented in Dolby Digital 2.0 Surround in English and sounds decent, if under-whelming. There is a small amount of distortion in this track, though otherwise it's clear of any excessive hiss. With fidelity and dynamic range lacking, this sound mix is bland and very boring. Also included on this disc are French and Spanish subtitles. The only extra feature included on this disc is a theatrical trailer for the film.
