Another animal film from the people behind the classic Born Free, Ring of Bright Water centers around a playful otter named Mij instead of a lion. When Mij's owner decides they might be better off leaving London, the pair head for the countryside where a new life awaits them. On this DVD from MGM, the film is presented in a widescreen format with the audio mastered in Dolby Digital Mono. Along with English, Spanish, and French subtitles, the disc includes the original theatrical trailer.
